The Operator is a private individual based in Switzerland. NYRO is not registered as a corporation, GmbH, AG, or any other legal entity. There is no commercial register entry and no VAT identification number.

Trader Status under the Digital Services Act

For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the "Digital Services Act" or "DSA"), the Operator acts as a "trader" because NYRO offers a paid subscription service ("NYRO Pro") to consumers in the European Union.

The Operator is identifiable by the contact details above and represented through this Imprint, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service in accordance with Art. 30 DSA.

App Store Distribution

The NYRO mobile application is distributed by Apple Inc. via the Apple App Store under the App Store name "Nyro Lift" (bundle identifier: com.niklas.gymm). All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple under its Apple Media Services Terms.

Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Operator is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle), unless required by law.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, the Operator is responsible for own content on this website according to general laws. The Operator is, however, not under obligation to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that point to illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect, however, is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete legal infringement becomes known. Upon notification of such legal infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
